Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns
All products sold by Unvoiced are non-returnable. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and order details before making a purchase.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preferences regarding fit, color, or design
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Refused deliveries
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging received
After verification, Unvoiced may provide a replacement for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed, processed, or shipped.
Right to Refuse Requests
Unvoiced reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or replacement request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Order Verification and Confirmation
To ensure order accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions, Unvoiced may contact customers via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify order details before processing.
Once an order has been confirmed by the customer during the verification process, it will be considered final and approved by the customer.
Unvoiced maintains records of order confirmations for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding product selection, size selection, shipping details, or order placement, these confirmation records may be relied upon as evidence that the customer approved the order before dispatch.
After successful order confirmation and shipment, requests for cancellation, return, or refund based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preference will not be accepted.
